Allow location for Distant Lands and choose Precise. Turn on the phone's location, step outside or near a window, and give it a minute for a first fix.

My position jumps about

GPS is weak indoors and between tall buildings. The game smooths movement, so short jumps settle on their own.

I forgot my password

Accounts have no email address attached, so we cannot send a reset link. Email us from the address you would like on record and tell us your username, roughly when you signed up, and your characters' classes and levels; we will do what we can.

Download a copy on the my data page, or remove the account and everything linked to it on the account deletion page. Details are in the privacy policy.

Report a problem place

If a monster or place appears somewhere unsafe or private, email us the location and we will move or remove it.
